There is great joy for me in things that built from an earlier time in my life. Working on my Values-Vision-Dreams project, designed with older friends in mind but relevant to any age, it just dawned that it's a build from a unit designed over ten years ago for my DVHS Health class.
Have been stumped, figuring out how to draw people into the activity, how to make it FUN. Of course - quick trip to Values.com!! The billboards create an immediate CLICK! Alas, I can't post any here, but a quick check at the website is sure to bring smiles & maybe an inspired tear or two. I will always remember the impact seeing the "billboards" hung around the classroom hd on my at-risk students, high school kids who liked to think of themselves as tough as nails.

ALBERT LEXIE, who donates to the local children's hospital the tips he makes shining shoes - over $200,000 since 1982 CHARITY
NOLA OCHS, who blew my DVHS students away with her accomplishment of graduating from college at 95 LIVE LIFE
