What I aspire to be - a social entrepreneur.  Committed to changing the direction of elder care.  Visionary, but realist, too.  Consumed with taking my vision from airy fairy wishes, giving it a foundation.  Balancing ideal & practical, inspired vision & wise action.

Exciting challenging up-rooting.  

The person I am is going to be different from the one starting out.  Startling thought.  And probably one which keeps a lot of potential changemakers stay put in a broken yet familiar status quo.  

To expand & change the world means expanding & changing myself first.
