Sitting in the once cozy "Club Room" of a grannie client's senior residence, had a tv monitor within two feet to the right, with CNN blazing away, almost loud enough to hear but not quite, with two other oversized monitors on sports stations, both on mute. Three television monitors totally dominating a room that was built to be intimate.
Hands up for how many people think that folks in their 80s & 90s have any desire to watch television with the sound turned down.
Hard to imagine.
Make that impossible.
