When the student is ready, the teacher appears.
And so it happens, once again. It dawns on me that NOW is the time to fully turn to mindfulness & now the ANIMA website opens up to me. Loving thanks & tender hugs to the generous Universe that keeps ahhhhhing me with blessings!
Wishing for myself & ALL of my friends, from teeny to ancient, the riches that ANIMA offers us all - - to invigorate our natural curiosity, to help us discover new levels of courage ~ creativity ~ connection, to rediscover reconnect reactive our inner truth.
Stepping back to look at those words - blatantly lifted from ANIMA's website - am recognizing in them my mother, Katharine Reynolds Lockhart. Yes, what I want to make possible for every soul on earth, whatever his or her age, is to embody my mother's spiritual life. Her life was filled with trials, but she only saw her good fortune; she was touched with loss from an early age, but only saw all that she gained; she grew up with a set of limited expectations of herself & others, but her inner spark always lit a path that would ultimately take her to explode into unimagined fabulousness.
Mom never considered life to be over until it was over - and not even then!
How strange to see my mother in a website. How incredible to see that what ANIMA offers are the very energies I seek to infuse instill inspire in every fiber of my own being, to wish for in the physical emotional spiritual sinews of every living thing, to get every older friend to accept embrace experience.
